Before use, charge completely. Lights blink during charging and remain illuminated when charging is complete.
Remove cap. To turn on, hold power button for 3 seconds; light turns on to indicate standby mode. To cycle through vibration speeds and patterns, push power button.
To turn on stroking
press up arrow. Use up and down arrows to cycle through functions. To turn stroking off, press the down arrow until the display shows 00.
To turn on suction
press suction button. To cycle through functions, push suction button. To turn suction off, hold suction button for 3 seconds. For customized suction, hold the suction button on the right side of the toy and release to stop suction. Stroking automatically stops when using customized suction.
To turn on warming
hold the warming button on the left side of the toy for 3 seconds. Light blinks while warming and remains solid when at constant temperature. To turn warming off, hold warming button for 3 seconds.
To turn on max mode
quick press the warming button. Press any button to turn off max mode.
To turn toy completely off
hold power button for 3 seconds.
After 10 Minutes of non-use, toy will turn off to preserve power. For optimal battery life, ensure product is turned off when not in use and fully recharge once every 6 months. Always ensure the heating element is turned off before storing.

To Wash Sleeve:
rinse sleeve with warm water, generously spray with Cleansing Mist, rinse again, and air dry.
To Disassemble for Cleaning:
remove cap, lower ring, and inner sleeve from toy, then carefully remove white component from bottom of sleeve. Ensure sleeve dries fully before reassembling toy and storing.

My wife and I are both traveling professionals and do not get the opportunity to be in the same city very often. As such our intimate sessions are mostly virtual, so I was very excited when my Total package finally arrived. However, upon trial I was more than disappointed in this products total lack of performance. You would expect something called a “stroker” to stroke. Or at least move up and down a little bit. Not the total package. The overwhelming “suction” in this thing grips on to you so tight, that any attempt at movement just causes it to convulse on top of you in one place, without ever sliding up and down. I tried every setting and multiple types of lube. Cream based (as recommended), water based and even coconut oil. Nothing was enough to get this thing to actually slide up and down. In fact, it locks on so tight that in order to get it off, I had to pull the entire sleeve out every time. I couldn’t even use it manually because there was so much pressure. Which is also very uncomfortable, and at times, painful. If you’re in the market for something like this and you’re actually reading this, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! They won’t refund you and then you too will be stuck with a $230 convulsing paperweight

I like the Full Service. My only suggestion would be to make the hole opening bigger. Other than that, it does what's intended.
